5 ft 9.6 165 pounds I am you the 61 yr old homeless for 8 years guy Daryl Grant Macaskill are grey haired spindly featherfart you ran away from me in New West Court. Mr.Patko the lawyer laughed and that Surrey lawyer your so fond of saw it. Hope you lose thy latest lawsuit and shame on thee for mentioning me in it though I am not a party to either side. More money for Mr. Patko though.
Read through the 52 pages of new court filings. I am named several times though not a party to the proceedings the defendant Van Der Walle item 9 of his filed response says he does not know me which is true though over a year ago we exchanged 2 emails less than 100 words. I have included his lawyer in emails with other ppl and twice we exchanged emails less than 50 words from him in both combined he politely asked me not to email him which I did. More balls and common manners than Surrey Mayor Locke who sent 2 law enforcement officers to ask the same thing 4 days before I moved out of Surrey no other elected leader has ever done this to me and I have emailed hundreds some over and over including every member of Surrey City Council I voted for Locke in 3 elections hope she is voted out of office. The two policemen one SPS the other RCMP said they were specifically at my then place of residence at her request when I specifically asked if I had threatened her they said no. I sent all sorts of emails to former Mayor Doug McCallum made all sorts of hostile posts about him to this ng protested against him in public and at city hall he did not send the police to my door probably because bully Doug is not a shifty side changing female.
I wish Van der Walle well in this lawsuit hope to be told of all court dates involved he won a $190k judgement against Ace Ventura aka Daryl Grant Macaskill copy of that judgment I posted in this ng and the alt true crime ng. Judge Riley called Ace a vexatious liar who picked his victims at random. Judge Riley forbid Ace from mentioning Van Der Walle and his firm on the Internet which he has done over on this ng over 40 times and on Reddit and Youtube and the WWW. Ace in his blog
https://beachhouseatsaratoga.blogspot.com/ violates the court order over and over. In his 50 page court filing Ace mentions me a few times states I am a transvestite which is another of his lies but how I relate to the proceedings is beyond me. Only seen Ace once in New West Court he was interacting with Mr. Van Der Walle's lawyer a fat Whalley based lawyer was also there he took glee in Daryl's court room blitherings pointed him out smiling ace pointed at his rectum fat lawyer beamed yet took no interest in the other court matters that day except the one involving me and him. Daryl has stated in this ng he knows the fat lawyer and his client he has stated both are gay. In court when questioned by the Judge at my behest the fat lawyer stated he knew Daryl Grant Macaskill when I asked the Judge if he thought that odd he agreed it was. The fat lawyer based in Surrey has many years of court experience how would he know the homeless man Daryl Grant Macaskill a shoplifter and fraudster 61 years old flat broke who always self represents in court who does the homeless thing in Burnaby and Vancouver ? Who would want to hang with such oddballs and liars who are either mentally or physically unhealthy the trio? The fat lawyer quotes Daryl over and over in his court filings in my case. Jan. 9 in New West my case continues. By a court order I can not name the man suing me nor his lawyer pretty slick eh? pretty ****** I think.
He Ace states his address is 1225 Seymour St. Vancouver in his court filing which he posted here https://beachhouseatsaratoga.blogspot.com/
SUPPORT SERVICES
Through our support services, we help clients build on their strengths, access existing government and community resources, manage their health, and live richer lives.
While many of our support services are wrapped up in our housing-first approach, we operate two “hubs” for community-based support services: the Clubhouse and the Resource Centre. Both offer a wide range of social, health and well-being, and employment and education opportunities. Other support services include our financial Trust Program, Street Outreach Program, Peer Support Program and our Art Room.
Clubhouse
Coast’s Clubhouse located in Mount Pleasant offers social, recreational and employment and education opportunities.
Each day, Coast clients and staff work together to ensure the smooth running of Coast’s Mount Pleasant Clubhouse. To be part of the Clubhouse, clients must become members and have the opportunity to work with an employment counselor to develop a Clubhouse Goal Plan. This plan is the blueprint for how the member will contribute to the Clubhouse community while developing workplace and social skills.
Members can choose from three employment units: food services; environment; communication. While at the Clubhouse, they can also enjoy a low-cost nutritious meal, participate in a variety of recreational activities, and use the free laundry facilities.
Two employment programs are also run from the Clubhouse: the Transitional Employment Program; and Landscaping with Heart. Educational opportunities available onsite include the Coast Adult Learning Centre and English for Life ESL classes. Anyone who receives services from Coast can also apply for assistance from the organization’s Education Assistance Fund.
The Coast Clubhouse is located at 293 East 11th Avenue in Vancouver and is open Hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5:45 P.M. If you would like to become a member, please call 604-675-2357 for more information or drop by in person.
Click on the calendar below to find out what activities are happening with the Clubhouse in December 2023. The Clubhouse is now open with daily programming, social activities, and a lunch service.
Calendar Details
Resource Centre
Both the Resource Centre and Clubhouse offer delicious, healthy meals for a minimal cost.
Coast’s Resource Centre is a place to come by for a meal, to do laundry, have a shower, shop in a low-cost canteen store, and socialize. The Resource Centre meets people where they’re at and focuses on building relationships, trust and help people improve their health and pursue recovery. In addition to offering low-cost breakfast, lunch and snacks, it’s home to some of Coast’s most popular and successful support programs, such as the member-run art room, community health nurses, community garden, peer support worker program and the homeless outreach program. Other regular programs include running groups, yoga, music classes, and music and games afternoons.
Breakfast: $1.00
Lunch: $2.00
Afternoon snack: No charge
Serving more than 500 active members, the Resource Centre is located at 1225 Seymour Street in Vancouver and has resumed its day programming. This includes the Art Room, gardening club and honourarium work opportunities.

Trust Program
Living with a mental illness can leave you vulnerable, both to mistakes you make yourself and to situations where others take advantage of you. Coast Mental Health’s disability trust program helps clients protect and manage their financial assets.
What is a trust?
In simple terms, a trust is where someone (the Trustee) holds money or other assets for someone else (the Beneficiary). British Columbians with “persons with disability” (PWD) status have a restriction on the amount of assets they can hold. However, a disability trust (also known as a Henson trust) allows persons with a disability to manage the benefit of a lump-sum payment (such as an inheritance) and improve their quality of life without losing their PWD benefits.
Coast is authorized under the provincial regulation to administer trust funds of up to $500,000 within British Columbia. Currently, we have approximately 300 trust clients and $13 million under management. While most Coast trust clients receive PWD benefits, it is not a requirement for participation in the trust program, as some clients receive CPP or private insurance benefits.
How the funds in trust can be used
Funds may be used for disability-related purposes, including anything that promotes the independence of the beneficiary.
Eligibility
Coast’s disability trust program is generally for people with a mental illness. However, Coast makes exceptions in certain situations for individuals with other disabilities.

Street Outreach Program
Coast’s Outreach Team connects homeless and people at risk of homelessness with vital community services.
Coast’s Street Outreach Program is often the first step towards recovery for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Vancouver’s Downtown South neighbourhood. Four full-time street outreach workers canvas the streets six days a week to encourage people to take advantage of the nearby Resource Centre which offers free showers and laundry services, low-cost meal programs and other services. For people looking for more help, the street outreach team can fast-track clients through the Ministry of Social Development to receive income assistance, assist clients with housing searches and applications, help them replace lost ID and refer them to other harm reduction, healthcare, and addiction services. Coast has connected more than 600 homeless people to services through this program.
Peer Support Program
The Peer Support Program, including the Young Adult Peer Support Program, is a community service operating out of Coast Mental Health’s Resource Centre. The program taps into our clients’ lived-experience of mental illness and trains them to use their firsthand understanding of the challenges of recovery to support other clients.
Coast clients who are ready to share their life experiences can apply for training, which is usually offered twice a year. Successful applicants receive 90 hours of class time following by a three-month practicum. Following the practicum, trainees are either placed in a position or are able to bid on a variety of job contracts, most of which have a six-month duration.
Art Room
Coast’s Art Room allows clients to discover their creative potential and develop new ways of expressing themselves.
The Resource Centre’s Art Room has been serving Coast’s clients since the Centre’s doors opened in 2000. It’s a place where clients discover their creative potential while developing new ways of expressing emotions, healing pain and growing their self-esteem and self-awareness. Supported by volunteers – including clients and professional artists and art instructors – who give their time, feedback and encouragement clients are able to work in a number of media including paint and sculpture; supplies are provided.
An annual art show brings together the artists, other Resource Centre members, and Coast clients, family and friends and the general public to celebrate their work and their journey towards recovery. In 2019, members of the Art Room were featured as part of Coast Mental Health’s Art Project Roadshow, which ran from May-October 2019.
