I grew up in Richmond attended Walter Lee/McRoberts/McNair came back for 2 years in the early 90's. We have never had a street prostitution problem in Richmond unlike Surrey with its strolls in front of QE school on KGH, in Whalley on 105A Ave. and on 135A Ave. and near where the new Newton Community Center is being built also in Kelly's Pub in Newton those problems except the pub were dealt with years ago but were active for years nothing like old Seymour St stroll in Vancouver to be certain. I recall a PACE tag on a pole on KGH near 72 Ave and KGH they are a whore organization. Prostitution and organized crime and illegal drugs and violence and theft and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases are all found together in whore houses. Individual Hell's Angels have been on the bad client trick sheet and Hell's Angel's have been busted for running prostitution rackets. Jewsifer comes to mind his case made the media. Gino Zumpano runs the prostitution at 595 Hornby St Swedish Touch Massage and Brandi's Strip Lounge have the same address there the Swedish Touch Massage Parlour used to be at street level in the West End until the prostitution street level problem there was eliminated lots of media coverage of that at the time. As far as I know the majority of religions forbid prostitution the Bible and Koran and Talmud and Book Of Mormon certainly do.

For some reason the Federal Govt and BC Govt City Of Vancouver Vancouver Coastal Health and not getting enough $ from the deficit running tax raising Federal Govt the Canadian Heritage Ministry as well all fund this organization of prostitutes why they not pay for it themselves the flatbackers are they not charging the johns enough? Of course these liars will not tell the public that pays to run their office in the DTES how much money they get from each taxpayer funded agency all their funders listed are all taxpayer funded. PACE has condemned Kash Heed's excellent idea. Good luck trying to track down how much money the various govt organs give PACE I gave up after 10 minutes of WWW looking.
